Dear all,

It gives me great pleasure to announce that the Board of Governors has approved a renewed Statement of Principles in its meeting of 30 August 2010. These principles include five core objectives and five core values that will provide us with sound direction for years to come. They have been developed with input from students, staff, parents and management over a period of several months. I am also proud to present our reworded mission statement, the shortest summary of what we do in 26 words: 

Leipzig International School provides a high quality international education, conducted in English, to children of all backgrounds, thereby supporting the regional community and promoting international understanding.
