Assessment

Reports are issued three times a year:

  • Interim report in October/November
  • First Semester Report in January
  • Final Report in June

On every report card at every grade level there is an attainment grade, an endeavour grade as well as comments by the subject teacher. There is a summary comment by the Form Tutor. The report card also presents statistics on attendance and punctuality.

There are two rounds of student/parent/teacher conferences, one in November and one in February. Because of the value of self-assessment the student is placed at the centre of these conferences. They should provide an occasion for the students to reflect on their progress in dialogue with their teachers and parents.
